Amazing how we take for granted the precise predictability and consistency of events such as this Hunter’s moon setting behind the Italian Alps–the peak catching the first glow of the rising sun.
But in my mind I keep returning to something,
something that gives me hope —
that the grace of the Lord is not exhausted,
that his compassion has not ended.
On the contrary,
they are new every morning!
How great your faithfulness!
“The Lord is all I have,” I say;
“therefore I will put my hope in him.”
